THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a Mine Controller to join our finance team and play a critical role in the financial oversight, reporting, and strategic planning of our mining operations. This role will serve as a key link between mine site operations and corporate finance, providing timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights to guide operational and corporate decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• CPA designation is preferred.
• 7+ years progressive finance experience; mining industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of mining operations, costing methodologies, and financial reporting frameworks (IFRS).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, Sage, Pronto, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret operational data to drive performance and efficiency.
• Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  Work Location: This is a remote position, with preference for candidates based in Winnipeg. Frequent travel to the mine site located in Bissett, Manitoba, is required.
