This position is based on-site in Sunriver, Oregon, and candidates must be able to relocate as needed.

OVERVIEW:

Sunriver Resort is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Controller to join our leadership team. The Controller will direct the overall operation of the Accounting Department to ensure that the established financial goals of the department and property are met or exceeded. They will Oversee staffing and expenditures to ensure that they are administered within the guidelines outlined in the annual business plan or other directives as they are developed. The Controller will continually exemplify the attributes of the property leadership commensurate with the property and company culture while directing the department through a professional, hands-on, open-door style of leadership.
They will always conduct themselves in a manner which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Open & Honest Communication, and Commitment. They shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times.
