Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department leaders. Manage cash flow planning, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Identify risks and opportunities, monitor performance, and explain variances to support strategic decision-making. Partner with leadership and other business segments to enhance reporting processes, implement BI dashboards, and automate consolidated monthly reporting with variance commentary. Perform independent analysis and support new initiatives with a solutions-driven approach. Systems & Integration Oversee accounting operations across Sage Intacct, ServiceTitan, and CaptivateIQ, ensuring accuracy and synchronization between systems.
