Part of the leading land & sea transportation group, Travelier, SeatOS is building the dominant Transport Management System (TMS) in APAC. We are hiring a Controller to join our growing team in Thailand. You will be responsible for accurate financial record-keeping, account reconciliation, and supporting the company’s financial health through timely reporting and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead quarterly budgeting and reforecasting processes Manage customer invoicing and support ongoing communication regarding billing Oversee accounts receivable reconciliation and track customer payments Set up new client accounts and ensure smooth onboarding Monitor and follow up on collections Handle employee and company expenses using tools like Mesh and Expensify Prepare and submit monthly VAT reports and ensure tax compliance Conduct monthly and quarterly financial analyses Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash activity Process payroll for employees and service providers, including onboarding and reimbursement support Prepare ad hoc financial reports such as AR aging and collection status Support vendor payment processes and ensure timely execution Assist in the annual review of international tax filings (e.g., Thailand tax return) Requirements 3-4 years as a Finance Controller/ finance operations specialist. High level of English both spoken and written - must Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in finance Proficiency in Excel Experience with NetSuite - an advantage Ability to work under pressure Fast learner and ability to work independently Proactive approach, looking to enhance and improve the day to day work
