Description
Company Description At NebXcore, we specialize in transforming operational complexity into streamlined performance. Since our inception, we've partnered with companies across industries to design and implement operational processes, key performance indicators (KPIs), and team structures that integrate seamlessly with their existing systems. Our mission is to enhance business efficiency at every level, helping our clients turn strategy into measurable action. From suppliers to end clients, we digitize each step of the supply chain to ensure complete cargo visibility and control. Our solutions include route optimization, real-time tracking, security protocols, and seamless transport management, from producer to port and beyond. This end-to-end visibility reduces friction, minimizes delays, and increases resilience in your logistics network. Role Overview We're looking for a Truck Tracking Controller who will play a critical role in ensuring real-time visibility, accurate reporting, and effective coordination with transport partners and internal stakeholders. This role is essential to maintaining operational efficiency in a high-volume transport environment, with thousands of trucks moving daily. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily tracking activities with more than 180 transport partners to collect and validate truck movement reports. Confirm and monitor real-time truck locations and ensure accurate updates are shared with clients. Track and report truck statuses, including delays, breakdowns, accidents, and route disruptions. Ensure all shipment and truck movement data is accurately updated in the company’s systems. Prepare and submit tracking reports for each truck before the end of the day, supporting operations that manage approximately 4,500 trucks daily. Maintain clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders across Operations, Buyers, Controllers, and IT teams. Liaise with the IT department to resolve issues related to dashboards, tracking tools, or ERP system performance. Identify and recommend automation or process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. Support escalation management by providing timely updates to internal leadership and customers when required.
