SUMMARY

We are seeking a Controller to join our team at ViaMar Health. This role is critical in overseeing our financial operations and ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting. As a Controller, you will contribute significantly to our mission of providing individualized care by managing budgets and financial forecasts.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in a healthcare or mental health setting is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, ) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely account reconciliation and maintain the integrity of financial records.
• Manage accounts receivable processes to optimize cash flow.
• Prepare detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement and maintain effective financial software systems such as QuickBooks.
• Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets and monitor performance against them.
• Provide training and guidance to finance staff on best practices in accounting.
