Our team collaborates across the ADP Finance and Sales organization to help our many partners deliver the people, process, and technology vital to meet and exceed ADPs end-customer expectations. As a member of the Transformation Office in the CoE, you will have the opportunity to work with key business partners to analyze and streamline processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. By utilizing process improvement/lean and business process reengineering methodologies, you will assist in building on ADP's long-standing focus of Kaizen or Continuous Process Improvement. Our goal is to achieve business operating targets in effectiveness & efficiency while maintaining a focus on providing world-class customer experience in the HCM industry. ##LI-DNI Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems. A Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems or a Ph.D in the relevant field will be given high priority. Knowledge: It is vital that the applicant be at least Six Sigma Green Belt certified or similar and possess experience in being able to apply the Six Sigma tools during the process analysis. The ideal candidate should be able to drive business process workshops and perform process mapping and gap analysis. Experience of having supported a Product Owner will be highly preferred. He/she should be able to bring along industry best practices of Oracle (or similar ERP) deployment in a large enterprise. Experience driving value with RPA, Machine Learning, AI, Blockchain, IoT and Cloud are a plus. Experience: o3+ years of driving transformation in a single function in a small-to-mid sized organization with a minimum of 1 end-to-end implementation (Oracle, SAP or equivalent) from project preparation to go-live. oA minimum of 2 years of experience with process mapping (as-is/to-be), gap analysis and establishment of operating models in a Finance function. Experience in any QTC or related functions (e.g., Sales, Contracting, Ordering, Billing and Renewals) will carry significant weightage. Broad business development and pre-sales background is desirable. oExperience of having held an internal controls role in a single sub-function oExperience of supporting a small portfolio of 3-4 projects while managing conflicting priorities. oFormal or informal Change Management knowledge and experience. Preferred Skills: o1+ years of Project Management experience with a Project Management qualification like Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent experience oFamiliarity with data management or data governance principles and awareness of Critical Data Elements and KPIs oSix Sigma Black Belt / LEAN or equivalent o1+ years of experience with digital business process transformation oFormal or informal Solution Design experience oDomain knowledge of the broader supply chain is a plus oExperience working in Agile projects will be an added advantage Collaborative skills: The candidate must be able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Experience leading transformation workshops with at least 5 attendees within a function or across functions is essential. Communication skills: The role is required to frequently interact with senior Finance leadership (SVP and above) and it is imperative that the candidate demonstrate excellent written as well as verbal communication skills for effective presentation of both technical and non-technical information to audience from a varying background. Organizational skills: It is essential that the candidate is a highly organized individual with the ability to effectively prioritize workload and execute tasks successfully even when faced within tight deadlines. Apt for learning: The technological environment is highly dynamic; hence it is important that the candidate is a continual learner, willing to share and grow the knowledge of those around them and is abreast with industry changes and improvements in statistical and analytical tools.
