Job Description Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Accounting & Reporting Support in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Assist in closing activities ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards (Ind-AS/IFRS). Work on reconciliations, journal entries, and schedules for audits. Budget planning and tracking of Corporate cost. 2. Audit & Compliance Support statutory and tax audit requirements by preparing documentation and coordinating with auditors. Assist in implementing accounting policies and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations. 3. Internal Controls & Process Improvements Participate in testing and monitoring of internal controls to ensure risk mitigation. Support process improvement initiatives and digitization/automation in controllership. 4. Learning & Development Actively engage in structured learning, mentorship, and on-the-job training. Gain exposure to global accounting practices and ERP systems (SAP/other tools). Take ownership of small projects and demonstrate capability to step into higher responsibilities over time. Qualifications Educational qualification: Chartered Accountant or equivalent degree. Experience : 1-2 years Mandatory/requires Skills: Strong academic grounding in accounting principles, IFRS/Ind-AS, and taxation. Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Power BI with exposure to ERP tools (SAP preferred). Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and eagerness to learn.
