Job Description Drive financial excellence for several product classes by comprehensive controlling activities, including standard cost calculation, performance monitoring, and variance analysis. Deliver insightful financial performance reports and key indicators that support budgeting, cost center management, and product class tracking. Ensure precision and reliability in routine financial reporting through data collection, validation, plausibility checks, and report generation. Apply strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, empowering informed decision-making and continuous improvement. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Reporting: Prepare and upload monthly financial reports, incorporating key performance indicators such as Sales, Profit, Headcount, Inventory, CapEx, and Net Working Capital (NWC). Product Cost and Transfer Price: Calculate product costs to support the sales team in preparing accurate and competitive customer quotations. Determine transfer prices by analyzing the business model and applying appropriate pricing methodologies. Planning: Preparation of annual business plan Current Forecast: Prepare rolling forecasts to monitor and project business performance. Business Performance Analysis: Prepare regular business performance analyses, including budget reviews with Heads of Department and ad-hoc requests. Maintain deep understanding of key financial drivers and deliver detailed impact analyses when required. Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to support achievement of organizational targets. Handle ad-hoc requests and assignments as needed to support business and financial objectives Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor or higher degree in finance, accounting or business administration. Special Skills: Microsoft Office especially excel, Outlook Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken in English Strong analytical and effective presentation skills.
