To support this mission, Syngenta’s Agri Value Chain Business team is seeking a Controlling Analyst in Buenos Aires, Argentina. With this role, you will drive our business growth through effective financial control and reporting of Sunflower Trading operations while ensuring accounting accuracy and compliance standards. Accountabilities: Monitor and control all sunflower trading financial operations across the AVC business. Track daily trading positions, P&L estimates, and maintain accurate stock level records. Execute month-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Ensure full compliance with IFRS standards and local accounting regulations. Develop and maintain a robust financial control environment for sustainable growth. Prepare and present financial reports to support strategic business decisions. Qualifications Required: Public Accountants or Bachelors of Business Administration (or students close to graduation). Knowledge of the grain commercialization business (domestic and exports) and/or experience in Big Audit firms will be valued. Good analytical and teamwork skills. Desired: Intermediate English. Knowledge of the vegetable seed marketing channel.
