Job Description As a Controlling Business Partner, you will play a key role in monitoring and managing stock and financial processes while collaborating with business leaders. Your responsibilities include: Perform stock revaluation for year-end closing, quarterly closing, and forecast cycles Coordinate stock-taking processes Manage inventory differences and postings in SAP Serve as SAP key user for stock processes Support audit requests Act as a business partner to Heads of Department Analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports on stocks, overhead costs, and performance indicators Perform business plans and current forecasts jointly with other areas Monitor and analyze costs to ensure adherence to budgets Collaborate with directors and managers to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities Conduct data and deviation analysis for monthly business reports and forecasts Prepare monthly reports and participate in period-end closing activities Support the ramp-up of controlling processes in SAP S/4HANA Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field Experience: Proven experience in management controlling and financial analysis Hands-on experience with stock management and SAP Skills & Knowledge: Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Knowledge of SAP R/3; experience with S/4HANA is a plus Familiarity with Power BI and Power Query is advantageous Languages: Excellent English, both written and spoken Working Methods & Mindset: Proactive, solution-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset Results-oriented and organized, able to meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across functions Personality: Analytical thinker with business partner approach Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results Additional Information Work #LikeABosch includes: ⚖️ Flexible work conditions 🔀 Hybrid work system 🌐 Exchange with colleagues around the world 🛡️ Health insurance 🧑‍⚕️ Medical office (psychology and general clinic) & Social Services Office on site 📚 Training opportunities (p.e., technical training, foreign languages training) & certifications 📈 Opportunities for career progression and continuous professional development 💲 Access to great discounts in partnerships and Bosch products 🏋️ Sports and health related activities 🚉 Great access to public transports 🚌 Free transport from Porto 💰 Flexible benefits platform 🅿️ Free parking lot 🍽️ Canteen Success stories don´t just happen.
