We are looking for a Controlling Business Partner to join our team in Čakovec, Croatia and play a central role in driving financial transparency and performance across the company. In this role, you will combine financial expertise with a strong business perspective to deliver insights, improve processes, and support company-wide initiatives. WHAT WILL YOU DO: Act as a strategic finance partner for operations and help us turn numbers into decisions that advance the business Build and continuously improve production controlling standards across the organization Manage machine hour rates and labor cost calculations, including maintenance and reconciliation with cost center accounting based on capacity and cost structures Deliver high-quality financial reporting, including performance analysis, forecasts, and variance analysis that enable fast and informed decisions Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with business leaders to build realistic plans and challenge assumptions Identify cost drivers and lead cost optimization initiatives, tracking impact while maintaining quality and operational efficiency Define, implement, and track KPIs and performance benchmarks in close collaboration with leadership, translating results into actionable improvements Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Marketing, and HR to support key initiatives, investments, and cross-functional projects Develop and roll out guidelines, process documentation, and training materials to ensure consistent adoption of controlling standards YOUR PROFILE WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Strong technical expertise in Production Controlling and Accounting Excellent analytical skills, and a structured, solution-oriented mindset Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Customer- and service-oriented approach to controlling business partnering Solid user skills in relevant financial systems and tools AI in daily workflow – using it actively to speed up analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and improve decision-making WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT ABOUT US OUR CORE VALUES About us FRAMOS is the leading camera module design and manufacturing expert.
