• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, together with a passion for working with complexity
• Experience with data analytical tools in Excel - Power Query, Power Pivot etc
• Experience with Power BI advantageous
• Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Accounting or similar (CPA or CA required)
• 5+ years experience working in a complex sales and distribution organisation in a Management Accountant / Controller role

You will be a key point of contact to internal stakeholders across all divisions within the organisation, to provide assistance with understanding and interpreting the Profit and Loss.

Analysis: Perform ongoing analysis of key financial positions, reports, and processes within the Controlling responsibilities.

• Reporting: Develop, prepare and present reports on financial performance and other key metrics to provide meaningful analysis and commentary to assist with decision making
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and improve overall efficiency.
• Month End Responsibilities: Assist the Lead Management Accountant with the review of month end tasks, with consideration to the impact on the divisional results to assist with commentary to management.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and safety

standards related to inventory management and internal controls.
