Responsibilities
As a Controlling Excellence Professional (m/f/d) you support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of globally consistent controlling guidelines, particularly in areas such as P&L and overhead cost accounting.
You take ownership of excellence initiatives by shaping and standardizing processes, structures, and systems globally—balancing visionary thinking with operational execution.
You plan and deliver communication and training activities to support process rollouts and change management.
You will collaborate actively within the Finance Excellence Team (Accounting, Controlling, IT) and the Business Architecture Team (BAT) Finance, with indirect coordination across other BAT interfaces.
You will work closely with process owners in local subsidiaries and cross-functional teams, contributing to and occasionally leading international optimization projects in interdisciplinary environments.
Additionally you document processes with direct linkage to operational system transactions using a BPM system (e.g., BIC Cloud) and drive continuous improvement of end-to-end processes to enhance the value chain in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
