Mission
Managing internal controls for FATCA,QI & CRS aspects, documenting processes, analysing data and communicating effectively both internally and externally.
Main responsibilities
Control management:
Developing and maintaining control matrices to ensure compliance of the processes.
Documentation review:
Analysing and reviewing documentation associated with control procedures and regulatory standards.
Data extraction:
Collect and extract relevant data from various sources for the necessary analysis.
Analysis:
Interpreting extracted data to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
Internal/external communication:
Ensuring smooth communication with the various stakeholders, both internal and external.
Report writing:
Write detailed reports on the results of controls, analysis carried out and recommendations.
Follow-up of remediation cases:
Monitor the progress of corrective actions and ensure their effective implementation.
Personal skills
Proven experience in audit and/or tax or related field. Expert in data analysis. Analytical mindset, rigour and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment. Excellent writing skills. Knowledge of FATCA, QI & CRS rules a plus.

Education

• Education: Diploma
• Certification: University degree

• Technical skills: - Control management: Knowledge of internal control systems and best practice. - Writing: ExcellentIT Tools: Effective use of software and data extraction tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Business Intelligence tools

Experience

• Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate

• Experience required: Proven experience in audit and/or tax or related field. Expert in data analysis. Analytical mindset, rigour and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment. Excellent writing skills Knowledge of FATCA, QI & CRS rules a plus.Experience in private banking: Mandatory
