ALTITUDE BUILDING AUTOMATION, AN INNOVATIVE INDUSTRY LEADING DDC CONTROLS COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR AN ENERGETIC MASTER ELECTRICIAN FOR OUR MOUNTIAN OPERATIONS. DDC BUILDING AUTOMATION CONTROLS TECHNICIANS/INSTALLERS WILL WORK WITH NUMEROUS SYSTEM AND EQUIPMENT.

Job Title: – Building Automation Electrician
Job Summary: –Performs corrective and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot and service of commercial and residential HVAC control systems and provides recommendations as appropriate. Understands control operation, and sequence of operation for commercial and residential HVAC systems. Must be well organized to keep accurate service and maintenance records and communicate effectively. Has strong customer relationships and team building qualities

Responsibilities: –

• Install, startup, testing, commissioning and servicing controls projects.
• Troubleshoot, repair and program control systems.
• Receive and run controls related service calls and PM tasks schedule for controls with minimal assistance.
• Provide training to customer on controls systems as directed.
• Complete documentation, including but not limited to, work order reports and service records

Qualifications: –

• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
• Mid-level computer skills
• Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
• HVAC service and Controls experience preferred.
• Experience with installation, service, or maintenance of controls systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems. Basic mathematical abilities in all units of measure. Read blueprints and technical schematics as well as specification manuals.
