Job Description: Design PLC programs according to the system description and functionality. Configure PLC hardware and industrial networks [Profibus, Profinet, ASi, CAN, Ethernet … etc]. Design HMI programming: using Allen Bradley factory talk view or WinCC flexible or Vijeo Designer to monitor and control different system components. Design SCADA program to monitor and control different system components. Perform Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Startup and Standby support. A plus: Design hardware systems based on input information and design of electrical devices layout and schematic drawings. 1-2 years of experience Education: Electrical power and machines graduate or similar Allen Bradley PLC experience Industrial field bus systems design experience. Knowledge of drive technology Experience in Failsafe systems. [Hardware, F systems programming … etc] Details oriented, high level of ownership, organized and excellent communication skills LV electrical networks design [Short-circuit/Voltage drop calculations, protection selection, cable sizing] is a plus Design and production of electrical devices layout and schematic drawings using (AutoCAD, EPlan P8, etc.) is a plus Working knowledge of Safety of machinery standard EN ISO 13849 is a plus Working knowledge of Continuous handling equipment and systems EN 619 is a plus Having a USA B1/B2 VISA is a plus.

Responsibilities

The role involves designing PLC programs based on system descriptions and configuring PLC hardware and industrial networks like Profibus and Profinet. Responsibilities also include designing HMI and SCADA programs for system monitoring and control, followed by performing commissioning and startup support.
