POSITION OVERVIEW

Founded in 1975, we specializes in SCADA and automation systems for water and wastewater utilities across the U.S. We serve municipalities, utility districts, and private water companies with tailored control solutions. As a Controls Engineer, you’ll design, program, and implement automation systems that keep critical infrastructure running smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with PLC programming and HMI design.
  • Familiarity with SCADA systems, particularly Ignition.
  • Experience with Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Automation products is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Ladder Logic and RSLogix programming.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.

  • Design and implement control systems for industrial automation projects.
  • Develop and program PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems to meet project specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing control systems to improve performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel.
