Completes advanced design, development and testing of electrical equipment and systems, industrial process control systems, computers, computer systems and networks, and computer software. Conducts the installation, commissioning and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems – which may include travel to the customer location. Sets up and operates specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies, and systems. Conducts advanced PLC programming, HMI design, and electrical design. Conducts advanced troubleshooting, testing, and debugging. Creates and updates project documentation in accordance with prescribed standards. Supports on-site field service and emergency calls. Assists with quoting projects, writing specifications, and creating schedules and technical reports. Uses independent judgement in problem solving following established guidelines. Gives technical guidance to less experienced engineers or technicians assigned to work on a common project. May act as own project manager for assigned projects. We're looking for candidates with the following experiences: At least 2 years Rockwell and Siemens PLC programming experience At least 2 years of experience doing electrical schematic design and component selection At least 2 years of FactoryTalk View ME & SE At least 2 years of experience with Ignition Why should you apply now?
