Complete advanced design, development and testing of electrical equipment and systems, industrial process control systems, computers, computer systems and networks, and computer software. Conduct the installation, commissioning and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems – which may include travel to the customer location. Set up and operates specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies, and systems. Conduct advanced PLC programming, HMI design, and electrical design. Conduct advanced troubleshooting, testing, and debugging. Create and update project documentation in accordance with prescribed standards. Support on-site field service and emergency calls. May assist with quoting projects, writing specifications, and creating schedules and technical reports. Use independent judgement in problem solving following established guidelines. Give technical guidance to less experienced engineers or technicians assigned to work on a common project. May act as own project manager for assigned projects. Why should you apply now? Simple!
