Genesis Engineering, Inc./Kolinahr Systems, Inc. is seeking a direct hire Controls Engineer to join our team based out of Blue Ash, Ohio. A Controls Engineer at Genesis Engineering, Inc./Kolinahr Systems will have the following primary responsibilities:
- Specify electrical devices including sensors, VFDs, and PLC components
- Design and engineer industrial control panels and equipment using AutoCAD
- Develop/troubleshoot PLC Programming and HMI interfaces for equipment and systems
- Execute machine validation and run-off

REQUIREMENTS

o A BS in Electrical Engineering is desirable
o Allen Bradley PLC control system experience is preferred
o UL, NEC, and NFPA 70E knowledge
o Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
o Ability to travel domestically
o Self-starter
o Strong verbal & written communication skills
o Ability to multi-task
o US Citizen
o Microsoft WORD and EXCEL experience
o AutoCAD experience
o Professional communication skills for customer interaction.
