POSITION OVERVIEW:

Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a respected organization to identify a skilled Controls Engineer . This is an exciting opportunity for a technically adept engineer to contribute to the launch of new product lines, work closely with cross-functional teams, and make a meaningful impact on the organization’s engineering initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial controls, automation, or robotics engineering.
• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Control Systems Engineering (or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMI systems.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and solve complex technical problems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with flexibility to travel up to 40% across North America.

• Design and implement electrical control systems, including PLC programming, HMI integration, and robotics coordination.
• Develop and interpret electrical schematics using CAD tools to support system design and deployment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and commission automation equipment in both field and lab environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, and product teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize processes.
