REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2016 or later)
• Strong technical writing skills for documentation and manuals
• Experience with Siemens PLCs, including upgrades from S7-300 to S7-1500
• Programming experience with Simatic Manager and TIA Portal (V15.1 to V18)
• Familiarity with industrial manufacturing or process industries
• Ability to manage projects within scope and budget
• Strong mechanical understanding is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (BSEE or BSME required)

• Design, size, and safely implement low and medium voltage power systems
• Ensure installations comply with NEC, NFPA, and other applicable codes
• Lead the design, construction, commissioning, and startup of capital projects
• Oversee system upgrades in power generation, distribution, and electrical machinery
• Collaborate with engineers and operations teams to integrate and update technologies
• Maintain and troubleshoot VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and process computers
• Create and revise technical documentation, including manuals, schematics, and logs
• Provide technical support to maintenance and production personnel
• Develop and maintain electrical drawings and schematics
• Manage large-scale capital projects and coordinate with external vendors
