Description
As a Controls Supervisor, you will be a key member of the Advanced Technology Platform (ATP) Organization within the Automation and Controls Engineering (ACE) division. In this role, you will leverage strong capabilities in industrial processing, controls, software, and IIoT systems to lead projects supporting manufacturing (PTME, VO & BME) using advanced technologies. You will be a technical leader who: * Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, IT, Global Vehicle Product Engineering (GVPE), Product Development, Robotics & Automation, and external suppliers. * Benchmarks advanced technologies and develop supplier partnerships to support Zero Faults Forward (ZFF) capabilities. * Provides technical leadership, mentoring, and rigorous knowledge documentation. * Interfaces directly with Manufacturing Operations to identify and solve technical challenges and opportunities. * Ensures lessons learned are identified, documented, and applied to all future projects to drive continuous improvement At Ford Motor Company, we believe freedom of movement drives human progress.
