Description

▪ Support the building and implementation of key controls for metrics production process through the collection, analysis, review, reporting, documentation and communication of business controls needs and requirements ▪ Support Banking metrics teams by consistent and appropriate approach to risk identification and develop an effective and efficient controls environment with the aim to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance ▪ Assess design adequacy of controls, test operating effectiveness of implemented controls and advise / support Banking metrics control owners on the effective design and implementation of controls ▪ Executes assessment of development, monitoring and testing design for controls operated by the Banking metrics owners in line with the applicable Policies, Procedures and Standards ▪ Identify and address barriers to timely execution, mitigating risks and driving solutions ▪ Leverage analytical tools such as SQL, Excel and data visualization platforms such as Tableau - to produce data analysis outputs to support decision-making ▪ 5+ years of experience in the Banking or Finance industry, with experience in data management, governance, or quality programs ▪ Experience with data concern management frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., BCBS 239) is a plus ▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail ▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams ▪ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment ▪ Strong risk and control mindset ▪ Proven ability to work effectively with large, complex, and diverse teams ▪ Strong organizational skills with the ability to navigate complex systems and management processes ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family Group: Data Governance ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family: Data Quality & Data Quality Analytics and Reporting ------------------------------------------------------ Time Type: Full time ------------------------------------------------------ Change Management, Data Analysis, Data Governance, Data Lineage, Data Management, Data Quality, Internal Controls, Management Reporting, Program Management, Risk Management. ------------------------------------------------------ For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter. ------------------------------------------------------
