THE ROLE

As CSA Manager you have a rare opportunity to define, design, create and manage the function wide CSA program, playing a pivotal role in technology control testing within Suncorp’s Technology and Transformation function. You will provide relevant insights on internal and external regulations, frameworks, policies and standards, and to support the CSA activity across T&T domains. This is a broad role which allows you access to a wide range of stakeholders across technology.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Actively plan and coordinate the T&O Control Self-Assessment program to ensure controls are categorised, prioritised and assessed
• Lead the CSA program in accordance with the Suncorp Enterprise Risk Management Framework, and Risk Optimisation and Control Self-Assessment (ROCSA) standard as well as T&O process requirements
• Analyse and agree management action plans to ensure that risks will be controlled within Board risk appetite
• Maintain appropriate and effective working relationships with T&O domain stakeholders, 1st Line Risk and Compliance, CRO and Internal Audit teams
• Identify and provide advice to T&O teams on controls in relation to existing, new and/or proposed changes to key control activities within the T&O function
• Where applicable, identify legislative and regulatory changes impacting the T&O function and advise T&O teams of any potential impacts on the control inventory
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the T&O 1st Line Risk and Compliance team through innovation, collaboration, effective management of services and resources, and input into function initiatives
• Provide advice and guidance, coaching and mentoring on CSA activities
• Implement own development plan and share knowledge with team members
• Track and report on CSA program schedule and escalate to EM Technology Risk where required
