We boldly go. Job Summary: He/she should have experience in BMS & IBMS project sales in the industry. Strong in technical & a team player. Should have worked with the local consultants and aware of the BMS/IBMS market, Savvy on latest trends in the BMS industry, handle tenders (Major Private), willing to learn new tools and work under stringent MIS systems. Preferably having experience of handling Project Sales Should have experience in working with HVAC Consultants, HVAC Contractors, Builders, developers, Hospitality Partners, Healthcare Ready to Travel Responsible for Order Booking & Revenue for the Year & on month-on-month basis Responsible for Generating Lead to Order Closure Good experience in the Assigned Market Products: BMS, Fire Alarm System, Security products (CCTV Cameras, Access Control systems etc) Qualifications: Experience: 6+ Years Must have a proven track record of developing and closing net new business. Must have strong presentation skills and demonstrated experience pricing systems for customers. Responsibilities

The Controls Sales Engineer is responsible for order booking and revenue generation on a monthly and yearly basis. They will handle lead generation to order closure and work closely with local consultants and partners in the HVAC industry.
