JOB DESCRIPTION: Controls Technician
TITLE: Controls Technician DATE: 1st Sep, 2025
This position primarily includes the commissioning & startup of Honeywell control systems and service of existing systems across Ontario. Tridium N4 Certification is required. This position reports to the Operations Manager.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Certified Engineering Technologist or equivalent in a Building Automation / DDC program

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• PC/Computer literate - with CAD and M/S Office;
• Knowledge of Commercial HVAC Systems and associated equipment
• Experience in application of DDC controls in Building HVAC systems
• Knowledge of analog & Digital circuitry application
• MINIMUM of 3 Years experience in Building Automation / Lab Control Systems
• Knowledge of BacNet, LonWorks & Tridum Based networking controllers is an advantage

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• travel required (in Southern Ontario), Company Van will be provided
• excellent communication skills
• obtain Supplier Certification
