• Troubleshooting including but not limited to machine vision systems, ultrasonic welding equipment, automation equipment, hot plate weld assembly, pressure decay testing, high voltage dielectric testing and hydraulic/electric molding machines.
• Take ownership of the automation aspects of our processes.
• Work closely with plastic process engineers to identify problems, troubleshoot, and optimize injection molding machine.
• Increase production speed at the current quality requirements and uptime.
• Program changes as required by continuing improvement and new product systems implementation.
• Validate equipment calibration procedures.
• Update and Develop equipment calibration procedures.
• Update and create electrical drawings as required.
• Follow all Environmental, Health & safety as they apply to facilities & work area.
• Understand and follow the required safety guidelines such as lockout/tag out use of PPE
