Location: Gosford, Central Coast, NSW
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities*
- Lead and supervise on-site construction contractors
- Coordinate daily site activities and ensure project timelines are met
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site managers
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with WHS regulations
- Assist with hands-on tasks and problem-solving as needed
Requirements**
- Proven experience as a Leading Hand or similar role
- Strong understanding of construction processes and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- White Card and relevant trade qualifications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $998.00 – $1,901.23 per week
