We are seeking a reliable and organized Construction Store Keeper to manage inventory, materials, and equipment at our construction site/store. The ideal candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in uae and will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, ensuring proper storage, and coordinating with procurement and site teams to meet project needs efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a storekeeper or inventory controller, preferably in the construction industry.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software, etc.).

• Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of construction materials and tools.
• Ensure materials are stored properly to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory using manual logs or inventory software.
• Issue materials to site teams based on approved requisitions.
• Monitor stock levels and notify the procurement team for reordering.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
• Ensure compliance with safety and handling procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and project managers as needed.
