Compensation: Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications/. Responsibilities · Resolves all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner. Reports all customer feedback and actions taken to the District Manager. · Provides a clean, well-stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere. · Can complete the daily administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager in accordance with company procedures. · In the event the Store Manager is not available, the Assistant Manager is fully prepared to complete all the managerial duties. · Positive role models for their fellow employees. · Supervises employees. · Executes all aspects of the company’s promotions, as communicated by the Marketing Manager. · Able to communicate company promotions to store employees About us: Haffner’s: A Regional Leader Fueled by Family, Integrity, be resourceful and Safety.
