The Convenience Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the C-Store and ensuring employees meet company goals through motivation and engagement. Consistently creating results for customers, teammates and the company Responsible for ensuring the customers are greeted courteously and receive a high level of customer service Lead, motivate, and manage a team to ensure excellent customer service and maximum efficiency.
