About the Job We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee and grow our customer base across Central and Southern New Jersey. This role is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with existing convenience store accounts. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Coach and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals. Conduct field visits and performance evaluations. Strategic Growth: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase market penetration and drive revenue growth. Business Development: Pursue and secure new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing accounts to increase “share of wallet.” Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and shifting customer needs. Qualifications 5+ years of sales management experience in the convenience store industry Gujarati and Hindi knowledge is preferred Ability to travel daily within the region Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus Monthly car allowance Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k)
