İş Tanımı Solicits group and individual business from all segments Submits weekly and monthly sales reports to the Director of Sales Plans sales trips together with DOS under the direct approval of the Director of Sales & Marketing to major marketing areas. Report sales trip results and on potential markets needing coverage. Conducts Familiarization Trips from the main markets in conjunction with Global Sales Offices, Head Office, Airlines as well as other sources. Works to exploit the new market and suggests them for the Marketing Plan. Keeps Sales Executive regularly informed on all policies, procedures, events, present and future situations of the hotel. Promotes all special programs of the hotel Nitelikler Must have a genuine desire to satisfy the needs of hotel guests and meeting attendees while performing in a fast paced environment Must be extremely detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills Very good English Language knowledge (both written and verbal) Good general computer skills Supervises Corporate Sales Team Handles the contracting of all companies. Makes local sales calls to the companies and travels abroad for participating travel fairs, workshops, roadshows,showcases, visiting international clients, making presentations. Works in close cooperation with the Director of Banquet and Conventions and Front Office Manager.
