This role requires strong organizational skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences. Where You Can Make an Impact: Manage the planning and execution of catering events from start to finish. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and customize services accordingly. Coordinate with the culinary team to develop menus and manage event logistics. Supervise catering staff to ensure seamless service during events. Monitor and maintain inventory of catering supplies and equipment. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business. Prepare and manage budgets to meet financial goals. Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative catering solutions. Requirements Education/Formal Training: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field preferred. Experience: 3+ years in catering or event management, with leadership experience. Knowledge/Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Knowledge of menu planning and food presentation. Proficiency in event management software and tools. Ability to manage budgets and control costs. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
