Your expertise will shine as you collaborate with the Director of Sales to help the hotel achieve revenue, satisfaction scores, and sales targets. This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma (or equivalent) required; prior convention, event, or catering sales experience preferred. Creative thinker with food, beverage, and event knowledge; strong verbal and written communication skills for negotiation and sales.
