Description
Primary Functions: Determining, maintaining, and increasing product sales for Durham Coca-Cola’s retail accounts.  Duties:  * Maintains a professional relationship with account personnel and provides superior customer service to all accounts serviced.  * Ability to learn and maintain ordering software/equipment.  * Determines product needs for next delivery.  * Ensure product is correctly priced.  * Inform all accounts of new products, promotions, and new packages. * Keep manager informed of competitive activity and additional sales opportunities.  * Prepare advance sale orders in consultation with customers.  * Maintain accurate sales records.  * Improves appearance of merchandise by keeping all retail store displays completely stocked, rotated, and cleaned. This includes stocking shelves, coolers, fast lanes, and promotion displays.  * Maintains a safe work environment at all times.  * Performs other duties as assigned by manager.  Qualifications:  * Requires a High school diploma or general education development (GED) diploma  * A valid NC Driver License and reliable transportation  * Excellent driving record especially within the last 7 years (A 7-year Motor Vehicle Report will be reviewed)  * Ability to lift 40 pounds frequently  * Ability to lift 30 pounds over shoulders occasionally  * Ability to push/pull product occasionally  * Ability to kneel, stoop, and bend frequently  * Ability to walk/stand at least 8 hours/daily  * Ability to work in fast paced work environment  * A good candidate must provide a good work history that demonstrates: dependability, integrity, attention to detail, self-motivated, excellent customer service and takes initiative  * Ability to pass the company background and Motor Vehicle Report check and the company drug testing requirements   Equal Opportunity Employer of Disabilities/Veterans
