JOB SUMMARY

As a Conversation AI Specialist (12928), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications.
  • Professional/ Advanced English skills.
  • 3+ hands-on experience with Google DialogFlow ES


    • Excellent written and spoken English



      • Ability to understand customer requirements/problem statements and apply the solutions



        • Experience in Agile delivery environment, life-cycle product support, and troubleshooting in Google DialogFlow



          • Passion to solve business problems with natural language processing (NLP)



            • Passion for cloud-based technologies and Artificial Intelligence



              • Passion about great customer/conversational experience



                • Degree in IT or relevant field; M.Sc/BE/MCA is a plus
