WHAT WOULD BE YOUR DAILY TASK: Support chatbot product lifecycle activities by assisting in requirement collection, backlog preparation, and documentation, ensuring that chatbot developments align with business needs and product priorities. Analyze user interactions and chatbot performance data to identify improvement opportunities, supporting data‑driven decisions for optimization and enhanced user satisfaction. Assist in use case discovery and refinement by collaborating with business stakeholders and translating business needs into clearly structured chatbot intents, flows, and features. Coordinate testing and validation activities by preparing test scenarios, executing functional tests, and documenting defects to ensure high‑quality chatbot releases before go‑live. Maintain product documentation and knowledge assets including use case descriptions, conversational flow diagrams, release notes, and user guidance, enabling transparency and scalability. Support adoption and change enablement activities by helping prepare demo materials, user communications, and training content to promote chatbot usage across the organization. Collaborate with technical teams (developers, AI engineers, platform owners) to track progress, clarify requirements, and ensure timely delivery of agreed product features. Handle operational support tasks and minor content updates within chatbot tools under guidance, without impacting core architecture or production stability.
