SummaryWe are looking for a Conversational Designer / AI Trainer to shape the voice, personality, and interaction design of AI-powered conversational agents. You will define how AI agents guide users, clarify intent, and execute tasks while maintaining empathetic, wellness-focused tone. You will train agents through structured prompts, dialog flows, and feedback loops, ensuring agents balance autonomy with safety and user trust.Key Responsibilities

  • Design conversational flows that incorporate agent reasoning, planning, and task execution.
  • Define the role, boundaries, and escalation protocols for AI agents (when to act autonomously vs. hand off to humans).
  • Create structured training data (intents, Q&A, scenarios, role plays) for conversational and agentic workflows.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to align agent behaviors with user journeys.
  • Test agent conversations for accuracy, empathy, safety, and inclusivity.
  • Continuously refine prompts, instructions, and memory management to improve agent performance.
  • Maintain documentation of agent personas, use cases, and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years in Conversational Design, AI Training, UX Writing, or Dialogue Systems.
  • Strong creative writing skills with an ability to craft empathetic and trustworthy AI agent dialogues.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, NLU, and agent orchestration concepts.
  • Experience with conversational AI tools (Dialogflow CX, Rasa, LangChain-based agents).
  • Understanding of user psychology, trust, and behavior in human-agent interaction.
  • Collaborative mindset for cross-functional work with engineers and product leads.
