As the Lead Product Manager for Conversational Intelligence and AI at Natterbox, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and launch of our products in this domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs. Your goal will be to drive the success of our products throughout their lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
Conversational Intelligence at Natterbox is a suite of applications and features that provide AI-powered analytics, summaries, ratings, and coaching capabilities. We help team leaders in Contact Centers and Sales Organizations make informed decisions, understand performance, and coach their teammates. We use the latest AI Technologies, to capture, transcribe, process, and model, so we can create immediately-actionable & intelligent insights to drive improvements in Customer Experience, Agent Producivity, and Team Performance.
Responsibilities
Conduct customer & market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.Define product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization based on value to our business, technology, and user goals.Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery - from planning, to development, testing, QA, and including release coordination.Manage the product lifecycle, monitor product performance, and identify opportunities for improvement or new features.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market plans, positioning, and messaging.Support product enablement, communication, and support to revenue-facing teams (Sales, Alliances, customer success, professional services, and support teams).Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer feedback, and market insights to inform product strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology industry.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools.Technical background or understanding of software development is a plus.Passionate about technology and digital innovation, with a drive to constantly learn and stay ahead of industry trends.
