We are seeking a highly experienced Conversion Desk Manager to lead and scale a high-performing conversion operation within a regulated environment. This role will initially manage a team of 10 conversion agents, with a clear and aggressive growth plan to 75 agents in a short timeframe. The position requires a senior leader with proven conversion expertise, strong people management skills, and the ability to operate confidently with international stakeholders. Requirements Lead, manage, and rapidly scale a large conversion desk Drive sales performance with a strong focus on conversion rates and closing quality Implement structure, KPIs, and performance monitoring across the team Work closely with overseas owners and senior management Maintain a professional, motivated, and compliant sales environment Ensure full adherence to regulatory and compliance standards Build and maintain positive staff relations during rapid growth Minimum 5 years’ experience in conversion or sales management Proven experience managing large, high-volume sales teams Strong personal sales and closing skills (assessed via simulations) Demonstrated experience working in regulated environments Prior exposure to the following markets is a strong advantage: Asia Africa Caribbean Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage performance, discipline, and motivation at scale Must be based in the Philippines (remote role, no relocation) Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a bonus Ability to provide at least two professional references Willingness to undergo all required screening during the interview process Benefits Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience Commission structure available This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a fast-scaling conversion desk within a regulated organization, working directly with international decision-makers and building a large, high-impact team from the ground up.
