Description

We are seeking a Conversion Optimization Account Manager to act as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will manage client relationships, oversee project timelines, and ensure the seamless execution of our CRO strategies. You will work closely with a Sr. Conversion Strategist, who will lead the data analysis and experimentation strategy while you focus on client communication and project coordination.
The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with experience in account management, digital marketing, or CRO. You should be able to translate complex test results and data-driven strategies into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or CRO.
  • Strong ability to communicate data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with web analytics, A/B testing, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $103,704.00 - $112,410.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction.
  • Work alongside the Sr. Conversion Strategist to communicate testing roadmaps, results, and insights to clients.
  • Own the project timeline, ensuring tests are launched and completed on schedule.
  • Facilitate collaboration between clients, designers, developers, and strategists to ensure smooth execution of CRO initiatives.
  • Identify and anticipate client needs, proactively addressing questions or concerns.
  • Provide clear and compelling reports on A/B test performance and strategic recommendations.
  • Help refine internal processes to improve efficiency in client communications and project management.
