This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional responsible for guiding organizations through the successful migration of their data into a new system. As a Conversion Project Manager, you will manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient data conversions that align with project goals and best practices. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the conversion process, collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues, and provide strategic guidance to position clients for long-term success. This is a dynamic, fully remote role with opportunities to drive measurable impact for organizations and their fundraising efforts. Accountabilities Guide clients through the full conversion journey, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule. Manage a full portfolio of client projects, monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Facilitate client communications through check-in calls, virtual meetings, and status updates. Collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve data anomalies or issues through revision requests. Evaluate, document, and escalate client concerns, providing actionable solutions to maintain conversion success. Maintain high standards of client satisfaction with timely delivery and accurate data migrations. Proactively troubleshoot and make decisions on common to complex conversion challenges to ensure smooth project execution. Proven project management experience, preferably in client-facing roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to clients. Experience with data migration or conversion projects, preferably in a SaaS environment. Familiarity with relational databases and data structures. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Problem-solving and decision-making skills to independently address conversion-related challenges. Bonus: Knowledge of nonprofit organizations and their fundraising operations.
