We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Conversion Sales Agent who’s ready to do more than just scan LinkedIn. You’ll uncover hidden talent, build outstanding sourcing pipelines, and turn data-driven insights into high-quality hires — all while keeping speed, precision, and candidate experience at the core. \n Tasks: Proactively initiate contact with new leads via phone. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to convert them into active traders. Identify client needs and provide guidance throughout the account setup and onboarding process. Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions using CRM tools. Deliver clear, comprehensive financial and product information to clients. Collaborate closely with retention teams to ensure aligned and effective conversion strategies. Requirements: Fluency in English (proficiency in additional languages will be considered an advantage. Proven sales experience, preferably in forex or related industries (e.g., iGaming). Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting daily productivity targets (minimum 30 qualifying calls per day). Ability to build rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of trading platforms or financial markets is considered an asset.
