In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:• Through the production plan and quality requirements, through the close cooperation of personnel and skilled machine operation, complete the order tasks with high efficiency and quality, and continuously improve the capacity and quality of the machine;• Through the production plan, reasonably arrange the machine to cut, reduce the loss and the number of joints, and achieve the output of the machine;• Through independent inspection of the processing process, timely judgment and treatment, good quality control, reduce customer complaint rate;• Through the true and complete registration of various forms, to achieve the efficiency and accuracy of statistical operations;• Improve management ability and working skills by participating in various trainings, aiming to become an excellent team;• Through leading and supervising the machine staff, to achieve the successful completion of the tasks assigned by the superior. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:• A degree in the related job field.• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.• Willing to relocate to the job location.
