Join our supportive, sociable and ambitious New Build team as a Conveyancer. You’ll manage your own caseload from instruction to completion and build relationships with clients and developers – all while earning a generous, performance-based bonus.

• Manage a caseload of New Build transactions from start to finish
• Provide guidance and updates to clients, developers, introducers & agents
• Draft contracts, reports, completion packs, statements & invoices
• Maintain systems and third-party portals (we use Proclaim)
• Build lasting relationships with referrers through excellent service
• Oversee completion day logistics
• Work to exchange and revenue targets with a focus on five-star client feedback
