Our well-established client is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic team, based at their Eastbourne office.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in using case management systems and other legal software.

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential property transactions.
• Conduct title checks, draft contracts, and prepare legal documents.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, including anti-money laundering regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the case management system.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient service.
