An exciting opportunity has opened for a Residential Conveyancer at an established firm of Licensed Conveyancers in Morley, offering hybrid working (2-3 days per week in the office).
This growing law firm is expanding its residential conveyancing department, and is looking for an enthusiastic, skilled conveyancer to join its team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a diverse caseload including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages and a small number of new build transactions. You will oversee transactions from start to finish, ensuring smooth completions while also providing support and mentorship to junior team members.
The firm offers a competitive basic salary along with an uncapped completions bonus, providing you with the opportunity to significantly boost your earnings.
An additional bonus may be available for candidates who bring their own referral contacts to the firm.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of fee-earning experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong ability to work to deadlines, manage and prioritise a varied caseload
• Ability to support junior team members and assist in their learning
• The firm offers hybrid working once the probation period is completed
